With the MX005 a new color scientific cameras is added to the xiX camera series of Ximea. The camera has the 0.5MP Sony IMX 426 CMOS Sensor integrated, with 26×26 mm a compact form factor and 752fps at 0.5MP. It is an ideal replacement for Sony CCD with scientific grade quality cameras offering enhanced sensitivity and low readout noise for applications.
