Photoneo presented at the automatica fair the MotionCam-3D Color for colourful 3D point clouds in real-time and with sub-millimter accuracy. The patented technology parallel structured light provides high quality and high resolution 3D data even for dynamic scenes. Two operating modes are possible: at the scanner mode for static scenes 2 million 3D points with 2fps and an accuracy of 0.3mm at Z=1000mm are possible. The camera mode for dynamic scenes allows 0.9 million 3D points with 20fps with an accuracy of 0.6mm at Z=1000mm. Six different models are already available.
