How did you start your business and what do you want to achieve with your company?
QualiSense, founded in 2021, is a joint venture between Johnson Electric, a manufacturing powerhouse in Hong Kong, and Cortica Group, an autonomous AI leader from Israel. These industry giants have united to transform production quality assurance. Johnson Electric sought scalable AI solutions and found a partner in Cortica Group, whose technology has seen success in various companies. Together, they developed Augmented AI to empower engineers in easily creating AI models for production lines.
To which question will your product be the answer?
QualiSense was established to address three main obstacles hindering widespread AI deployment in production: reliance on AI experts, the lengthy process of building models (80-85% of which involves data handling), and the unpredictability of model outcomes due to the black-box nature of training. The company empowers engineers to deploy inspection solutions using their existing knowledge, automating data sorting and tagging while providing a guided, transparent model creation process.
