@MZ_Grundschrift:Dowa has developed a SWIR LED chip series which has the world’s highest efficiency in the peak wavelength range of 1,200 to 1,900nm. The chip achieving 170mW output power with a 1mm square chip at 1,350nm, two times higher than comparable products. Even at 1,900nm the chip achieves 45mW, 30% more power compared to the conventional devices. In addition to the 350µm square and 1mm square chip sizes, the company is introducing a 250µm square version to its SWIR-LED series. When paired with a Dowa InGaAs Photo Diode, the SWIR LED can be used in sensors. @MZ_Grundschrift: Hall 8 | Booth D92
