Die neue UV-High-Power-Serie von MBJ Imaging ist für Wellenlängen von 365 und 395nm sowie als Balken- und Ringlichter in verschiedenen Größen für unterschiedliche Anwendungen wie die Inspektion kleiner Details auf Oberflächen oder die Nutzung von Fluoreszenz zur Druckbildinspektion oder Materialdifferenzierung erhältlich.

Smart Vision Lights ‚Hidden Strobe‘ is a solution to the issue of distracting and disorienting LED strobe lights. It allows the LEDs to internally self-trigger thousands of times per second, creating a nearly continuous light source. When the light is triggered in sync with the camera to capture an image, the Hidden Strobe pulses stop and the programming pulse for the camera is executed.

Cowhide Inspection

Automatic optical inspection (AOI) of natural marks on genuine leather is finally available to be used in production. In the past, the extremely varied appearance of natural marks combined with the difficulty of judging the resulting quality zones, made it impossible to use objective and reliable AOI in the leather industry. This has changed with a new machine vision solution by Dr. Schenk. The solution was recently successfully introduced in a German premium car manufacturer’s production line.
