Icore-corp’s Linear Lens Changer is a high-speed Objective Lens Changer based on a high-speed Linear Shaft motor. It can change peripheral lenses at a speed of up to 0.2 seconds with guaranteed accuracy of ±1µm. This allows for precise inspections without positional changes or distortion. The solution is optimized for Icore’s Ifocus – Auto Focus Module, providing even more assistance for accurate inspections when used together with the Auto Focus Module.
