With Visometry’s Twyn version 2.2, complex measurement tasks can now be solved even more efficiently. By using computer vision and automatic object registration, the solution enables precise inspection, comparing real components directly with their digital twin and CAD specifications to ensure that all elements match. In addition to German and English, Twyn now supports eleven additional languages. Different languages can also be selected for the inspection and reports. Anchor positions can also be created during tracking. Once the cache is saved, it is applied to all new sessions of the same inspection project. The manufactured parts can be compared even better with CAD data thanks to the improved visualization of the contours. In addition, several projects can be generated from model files at the same time. This proves to be very useful when inspecting parts in incoming goods, where several product variants typically have to be verified. Hall 10 | Booth H15
